- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of MES, ERP, and related systems (e.g., SCADA, historian databases).
- Ensure real-time data collection, visibility, and traceability across all manufacturing operations.
- Identify, pilot, and scale AI and machine learning use cases for predictive maintenance, quality assurance, and production forecasting.
- Support automation and digital twin initiatives across key areas (winding, machining, resin casting, assembly).
- Drive IoT integrations and real-time KPI dashboards for operational excellence.
- Map and digitalize core production workflows; lead initiatives to reduce manual interventions and improve process standardization.
- Champion user adoption of new digital tools; deliver training to operators, engineers, and stakeholders on MES, dashboards, and analytics.
- Serve as a key interface between IT, production, engineering, and leadership teams to align digital capabilities with operational goals.
- Ensure all digital tools and systems align with internal standards and industry-specific cybersecurity and data integrity requirements.
