Parent Experience Manager

Position Requirements

• •Own annual retention and the re-contracting cycle, sequenced as fee communication, then contract, then invoice.
• •Maintain the at-risk indicator review, ensure every flagged family has a documented intervention, and lead withdrawal conversations, recording reasons against the standard list.
• •Own the community and belonging programme, designed for connection rather than attendance volume, and quality assure every community and transition touchpoint against the PX Centre of Excellence standard.
• •Run the volunteer and parent ambassador programmes, including recruitment by year group and termly briefing, and liaise with the parent association against agreed terms of reference; absorb alumni and alumni-parent activity where no dedicated role exists.
• •Lead closed-loop Voice of Parent feedback so families see what changed, and analyse participation and retention data by year group and tenure.
• •Support prospective-parent activity when the school needs it (open houses, group tours, signature events) and carry admissions-supporting hats from the allocation table.
• •Work with Marketing to localise community, referral and retention campaigns for enrolled families.
• •Lead, develop and quality assure the work of Parent Experience Executives, including liaison seats where they exist.

Qualifications

• ●Degree or equivalent qualification
• ●5-7 years of relevant experience in international school or education sector; hospitality related, or with marketing function on localised campaigns
• ●Prior experience in managing staff
