- Cooperation Fund. The fund focus on investment opportunities with growth
- potential in China / Asia markets.
- As member of Eurazeo China team, you will be
- working closely with Eurazeo’s investment professionals, assisting the team in
- evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring and supporting portfolio
- companies, etc.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking analysis on investment opportunities, including financial and strategic analysis as well as operational and financial modelling of potential acquisition targets;
- Assisting in post-transaction portfolio management, including China strategy planning, bottom acquisition, etc.;
- Helping with identifying and assessing qualified Chinese & Asia investors for potential cooperation on cross border investment opportunities.
