Responsibilities
- You will be part of Eurazeo Infrastructure's investment team, currently made up of threesenior infrastructure professionals,
- one director, two principals, two associates and two analysts. You will play an important role within
- the team, as you will be directly involved in both investing and monitoring
- activities, including the analysis of investment opportunities and their execution. You may also assist
- the team regarding fundraising activities.
- Search for relevant market data to support investment analysis
- Financial and strategic analysis of investment opportunities and in-depth study of the relevant sectors
- Preparing/reviewing financial models and analyzing sensitivities
- Participation in due diligence work (technical, commercial, legal, etc.)
- Preparing presentations for the Investment Committee
- Preparing analysis and presentations as part of the fundraising activity
- Strong in-house (investment and corporate teams) and external exposure (advisors, target management teams, industrial partners)
