- Lead end-to-end development of phased array antenna systems (from requirements to production)
- Drive design of AESA radar antennas across different frequency bands (X, S, etc.)
- Define system architecture and ensure integration with radar and communication systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: mechanical, RF, FW/SW, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Develop and execute verification & validation plans (RF, environmental, thermal, mechanical)
- Oversee antenna measurements (anechoic chamber, near-field, far-field)
- Support industrialization processes, including manufacturing documentation and supplier coordination
- Contribute to ESA / ECSS-based projects and compliance frameworks
