- Lead a technical avionics team, coordinating key project areas and ensuring excellence throughout all phases of the system lifecycle.
- Assign tasks, monitor workload, and support the resolution of technical blockers.
- Coordinate the design, development, integration, and validation of avionics systems.
- Manage the system lifecycle, from requirements definition through to entry into service.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices for avionics and safety‑critical systems (DO-178, DO-254, ARINC, etc., as applicable).
- Act as the technical interface with other departments, customers, and project stakeholders.
