About the role

We’re looking for a commercially minded and proactive Finance Business Partner – Customer to join our team and play a key role in driving business performance and delivering value for Hilton Foods Australia. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing Operations and Planning teams to provide expert product pricing, modelling and insights across new product development and existing product improvements. Your analysis will help identify opportunities to create value for both HFA and its customers, supporting informed decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting HFA’s commercial engagement with customers, bringing financial insights and a collaborative approach to commercial decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, translating complex financial information into actionable insights and influencing strategic outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed pricing models for NPD and EPD projects in conjunction with Commercial and Operations stakeholders
• Maintain the pricing file for all products in the range
• Revenue management, ensuring invoicing to the customer is aligned with agreed pricing. Resolving any invoicing issues.
• Supporting preparation of annual volume budgets
• Supporting Planning in managing dry goods inventory for new products and deletions to minimise waste.
• Managing the administration of invoicing to the customer for product development and other non-standard costs and services.
• Monthly reporting on Commercial cost, volume, income initiatives.
• Development and improvement of existing reporting through Business Intelligence tools.
• Support Business Case development for Commercial Continuous improvement and growth projects, including projects that require capital.

About You

Experience in a similar role within a large organization

Mimum 5 years commercial work experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment

Commenced CPA or CA post graduate qualifications

Degree qualified in Commerce

SAP experience will be an advantage

Microsoft Excel advanced skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to interact with Senior Management with a strong customer focus.

Exceptional numeracy & analytical skills.
