• Purpose of the Job: Responsible for
• Renewals of GSO & SASO certificates of each SKUs
• Preparing & submitting for ECE certifications of SKUs
• Co-ordination with each plants & arranging for the renewals of plant specific product certifications

Maintenance

of certification portal with current & valid certificates

Major Responsibilities

• Co-ordination with plants for initiating the GSO certificate renewalsSKU wise, processing these applications, arranging & uploading the required documents.
• Arranging & uploading the documents required for SASO certification renewals of each SKU.
• Maintaining MIS on GSO & SASO certification status & monthly circulation to all concerned.
• Reviewing the documents provided for ECE certifications & preparing other documents required & submitting for processing the certification.
• Co-ordination with plants & sales team for arranging the audits, completing other formalities required for the audits related to plant specific product certifications
• Updation of certification portal with new / renewed certificates.
• Identifying the regulatory requirements of new markets / countries.
• Maintenance of product & regulatory standards of different countries.
• Arranging documents for other new / renewal certifications.
