WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Commercial
- Contracts: You
- review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of commercial contracts, including
- licensing, lease, delivery, IT/IP, and intercompany agreements. You also create
- influencer contracts for our own brands like REVIEW and handle brand
- collaborations such as VitaCoco, ANSON'S, and REVIEW.
EU
- Sustainability & Compliance: You implement key EU sustainability regulations - including the PPWR and
- the Green Claims Directive - while overseeing GDPR compliance, internal policies,
- whistleblowing procedures, and consumer protection law.
Corporate
- & Employment Law: You handle day-to-day corporate housekeeping, draft shareholder
- resolutions, manage powers of attorney, and handle filings with the Spanish
- Commercial Register (Registro Mercantil). You also support HR with employment
- contracts, terminations, and labor disputes.
Litigation
- & Group Legal: You
- guide external lawyers, manage litigation budgets, and collaborate closely with
- Group Legal in Zug (Switzerland) to shape company-wide standards.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your Educational
- Background: You
- hold a fully qualified legal background in Spain (Grado en Derecho and Máster
- Universitario de Acceso a la Abogacía y la Procura) or an equivalent
- professional qualification, paired with admission to a Spanish Bar Association
- (e.g. ICAM).
Your
- strengths: You
- impress with your strong communication skills, effectively explaining complex
- legal issues to non-lawyers, and you combine native Spanish with fluent
- English, solid MS Office and contract management tool skills, and an open
- mindset towards AI-powered workflows.
Your
- profile: You bring
- 3 to 6 years of experience in an international law firm or corporate legal
- department - ideally in retail, consumer goods, or real estate - and stand out
- through your independent, pragmatic approach, business acumen, high integrity,
- discretion, and confident demeanor in matrix environments.
