You'll be the expert who turns campaign strategy into well-executed, well-measured programs, working side by side with Field Marketing and Business Development to drive pipeline.
You'll bring a strong understanding of regional nuances, including data privacy and email compliance requirements. You'll use that knowledge to guide campaign strategy, raise execution standards, and keep learnings from your region flowing back to the wider team. You'll also use automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve campaign performance.
What You'll Do
- Campaign execution and strategy
- Own the build and execution of complex, multi-channel campaigns in Marketo and the related stack, including email, webinars, events, paid media integrations, nurture, and content syndication
- Partner with Field Marketing and Business Development to shape campaign strategy, advising on best practices for audience, channel mix, cadence, and measurement
- Provide guidance on omni-channel strategy that accounts for global implications and regional differences
- Perform campaign QA, including test sends, link validation, dynamic content checks, and tracking and attribution verification
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and campaign issues quickly, and fix root causes
- Performance reporting and optimization
- Deliver regular campaign performance reporting and insights to stakeholders using Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Translate data into clear recommendations, such as A/B testing priorities, audience refinements, and program improvements
- Identify trends and learnings in your region and share them with marketing and business development teams
- Contribute directly to KPIs: MQL conversion rate, database growth, and email performance
- Regional operations and compliance
- Apply regional requirements (for example GDPR, CASL, and local email and consent regulations) to campaign design, list management, and data practices
- Manage regional database health, including segmentation, preference management, suppression, and list growth initiatives
- Work with Business Development to keep leads flowing effectively through the funnel into high-quality pipeline, including feedback loops on lead quality and follow-up
- AI and automation
- Explore uses of AI and automation to speed up campaign build, QA, reporting, and analysis (for example, draft and variant generation, QA checks, and performance summaries)
- Follow team guardrails for AI use, including data privacy, human review, and quality standards
- Share effective workflows with the team and help them scale
What You'll Bring
Required
- 3 to 5 years of experience with marketing automation, CRM, and reporting platforms, ideally Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Intermediate campaign reporting skills, including knowing which insights to look for, how to access them, and how to turn them into recommendations
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines alongside day-to-day tasks
- Working knowledge of email deliverability and regional compliance considerations
- Nice to have
- Experience supporting a specific region or operating across multiple regions and time zones
