Sidel is seeking an RPA AM Specialist to join our RPA Center of Excellence. Reporting to the IT BUSINESS PARTNER & DIGITAL INNOVATION, you will be part of a high-performing automation Center of Excellence with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping to ensure stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of business-critical automations. The role will involve working with teams across different business functions to monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve UiPath solutions, ensuring that the automation landscape is scalable, sustainable, and effectively supported.

• application maintenance and support, managing incidents, and implementing bug
• fixes and minor enhancements in collaboration with internal analysts,
• developers, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and operational status of UiPath automations and identify execution failures or abnormal behavior.
• Provide application maintenance and support for the existing RPA portfolio, ensuring business continuity and timely resolution of incidents.
• Investigate production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing UiPath workflows, including application, integration, credentials, queue, scheduling, and Orchestrator-related issues.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy bug fixes and minor enhancements on existing UiPath automations.
• Assess the impact of application or infrastructure changes on existing automations and coordinate the required remediation activities.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to resolve incidents and maintain service continuity.
• Validate fixes and enhancements before production deployment and support regression and User Acceptance Testing when required.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, support knowledge, and release information for the supported automations.
• Support deployment, release, and operational transition activities across the relevant environments.
• Track incidents, service requests, problems, changes, and related deliverables, and communicate progress to the business and other global units.
• Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities to increase automation stability, maintainability, and support efficiency.
• Contribute to RPA governance, development standards, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Center of Excellence.

Specification

• Minimum three years of recent experience with UiPath in an RPA development, application support, maintenance, or similar technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to analyze existing UiPath solutions and independently implement bug fixes and minor enhancements.
• Technical expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, queues, assets, schedules, logging, exception handling, and debugging.
• Experience supporting RPA solutions in production environments and managing incidents through root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Experience with release management, version control, testing, and technical documentation for automation solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and integrations; experience with SAP, APIs, SQL, Azure DevOps, or Power Platform is a plus.
• Relevant UiPath certifications or certifications in RPA tools, development, or IT service management are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Availability to work according to European business hours.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
