Overview

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client Dell, is seeking a full-time remote Retail Trainer to join our field team!

The Retail Trainer will implement consistent and effective training programs for both personal development and client product knowledge across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing the curriculum and supporting learning tools for our retail teams. The Retail Trainer will work in an environment of high change and have the capacity for transmitting diverse, complex, and changing information.

Job Description

• Align with Training Leadership to identify and implement plans that address the organization's training gaps
• Design learning modules to facilitate new hire, on-going, and leadership training, based on the long-term organizational goals
• Develop engaging training manuals, LMS modules, and training decks to create tangible organizational improvement
• Implement and accelerate effective and purposeful adult training methods
• Research of training trends, techniques, developments, and best practices to enhance engagement and retention of content

Performance Measurements

• Implement consistent and effective training materials for both personal development and client product knowledge across the organization
• Works well in an environment of high change and have the capacity for transmitting diverse, complex, and changing information
• Ability to work with multiple decision makers to support various business needs with impeccable integrity and commitment to customer and partner satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Business, or related field

3-5 years' experience in training and development

3+ years' experience of leadership experience

Successful training experience/proven track record in performance management

Advanced PowerPoint skills

Ability to travel up to 25%
