Context
As part of its digital transformation, Ceva R&D is creating a new Data Lead R&D position to define and deploy its data strategy across the organization. Reporting to the Digital Data & Analytics department, you will drive data governance, quality, and value creation across R&D. You will lead an international team and position data as a key asset supporting analytics and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and Drive the R&D Data Strategy
- Develop and implement the R&D data strategy across business units and sites.
- Lead the data roadmap, including governance, MDM, data catalog, data products, and Snowflake platform development.
- Establish the data platform as a trusted source for analytics and AI.
- Align business, IT, and regulatory stakeholders around strategic priorities.
- Lead and Develop an International Data Team
- Manage a team of Data Engineers and Clinical Data Managers across multiple locations.
- Foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
- Build and support the R&D data community while developing team capabilities.
- Ensure effective data governance and data valorization
- Define and implement data governance, quality, and traceability standards.
- Ensure data compliance and integrity in a regulated environment (VICH, veterinary GCP).
- Develop business-oriented data products that support R&D, Analytics, and AI use cases.
- Harmonize data practices across sites and business entities.
