• infrastructure markets.

• Market development and client engagement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in OT networking and cybersecurity
• Lead a team of technical professionals
• Represent BBA at industry events, conferences and client meetings to promote our expertise
• Work with internal teams to develop proposals, scopes of work and pricing strategies
• Lead business development efforts to grow our OT networking and cybersecurity consulting services across the United States
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in the industrial, energy, mining, and oil and gas sectors
• Technical leadership and project delivery
• Lead and perform OT cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses and compliance audits (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST CSF and IEC 62443)
• Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA and other OT environments
• Provide strategic advice on cybersecurity governance, architecture and incident response planning
• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity into infrastructure and capital projects
