Cost Controller – EPCM Projects

Your future role on our team

• As a Cost Controller, you’ll play a critical role in the
• successful delivery of major engineering, procurement and construction
• management (EPCM) projects. Working closely with project managers, planners and
• clients, you’ll help ensure financial transparency, cost efficiency and control
• across all project phases.

• Develop and maintain cost control systems to monitor budget performance across engineering, procurement and construction workstreams
• Collaborate with project teams to establish and manage cost baselines, forecasts and change management processes
• Support project estimates, cost risk analysis, cash flow modelling and financial reporting
• Track actual vs. budgeted costs, identify variances and proactively recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with procurement and contract administration to track committed costs and invoice progress
• Produce periodic cost reports tailored to client and project needs, including earned value management when applicable
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost engineering and control practices at BBA.
