Lean Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate A3 problem-solving workshops, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Gemba walks across NNE India projects and functions.
• Coach project teams, engineers, and middle managers on Lean principles, 5S, Standard Work, and Visual Management.
• Support the deployment of the A3 Center of Excellence (CoE) — including training, facilitator network, and knowledge management.
• Partner with project teams to identify, scope, and execute continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
