- Plan, operate, and maintain complex IT systems in a critical infrastructure environment with high availability requirements
- Ensure compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards
- Integrate and configure IT systems into existing and new infrastructures, with a strong focus on IT/OT security
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Support the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes and tools
- Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
- Configure, parameterize, and test IT applications in line with operational and security requirements
