• What your new challenge will look like
• As part of the 4flow research team, you will work on highly relevant and practice-oriented topics with a direct connection to research, initially limited to 3 years.Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:
• Extend ourexpertisein areas of Supply Chain Managementwith and without quantitative focus,e.g.inventory management
• Contribute to pioneering research projects and helpto define tomorrow’s supply chain strategies.
• Deliverresearch andanalytics services through programming and data management, including mathematical modeling anddesign ofAIagents.
• Collaborate on team activities and internalknowledge exchangeinitiatives to strengthen our agile culture.

What makes you a great fit

• You hold a Master’s or Diploma degree in a relevant field.
• Strong technical skills in mathematical modeling,simulationoroptimization.
• Proficiencyin Python and commonscientific computing and machine learning libraries, combined with a strong interest in and first practical experience with modern AI technologies such as RAG and AIagents..
• A passion for solving complex supply chain management andlogisticsproblems, complemented byinitialpractical experience in the field..
• You’reself-driven, eager tolearnand ready to bring innovative ideas to the table.
