IT Operations & Support Specialist (w/m/d)

• As an IT Operations & Support Specialist,
• you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT
• services. You will provide advanced support, contribute to operational
• excellence, and collaborate closely with colleagues, external partners, and
• business users to deliver a seamless IT experience.

Your Responsibilities

Provide

2nd and 3rd level support for IT incidents and service requests

Troubleshoot

applications, networks, and operating systems

Perform

monitoring, patching, backups, and maintenance activities

Maintain

operational documentation and knowledge base articles

Support

IT projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Provide

onsite support and participate in on-call activities when required

Participate to on-duty-call service

Perform

security related activities up to 20% of the total time out of business

hours

Your profile

Technical

qualification in IT or a comparable field

Previous

experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations

Strong

troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Knowledge

of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and service management practices

Good

communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Fluent

English; German and/or Italian are an advantage

• In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay
• transparency, the starting salary for this position is €37,000 gross per year.
• Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and the
• scope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package
