Job Summary.
This combined role bridges Seton’s HR and Finance teams. Half of the position manages employee demographic and payroll data in Paycom, new hire setup, and HR compliance. The other half applies accounting principles to record financial information, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close and the annual audit.
