• A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Controller who can take ownership and play an important role in a growing company.

What You'll Do

• You'll take ownership of the company's accounting function and play an important role in supporting the company's continued growth.
• Own the company's day-to-day accounting operations
• Full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Do the month-end close and financial reporting process
• Support cash management, budgeting, and financial planning
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and efficiency
• Provide accurate financial information and insight to leadership
• Take ownership of accounting projects and initiatives
• This is a hands-on position. We're looking for someone who is comfortable both thinking strategically and getting into the details.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong full-cycle accounting experience
• Strong Excel and accounting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Comfortable being the primary internal accounting professional
• Strong communication skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Public accounting or CPA firm experience is a plus
