• Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to be part of a successful automotive team? We are looking for a dependable and motivated Automotive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting department!

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, repair orders, and supporting documentation.
• Verify invoice coding, approvals, and appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and organized accounts payable files.
• Communicate with vendors and dealership departments to resolve questions and discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties as needed.
• Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and general ledger coding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills.
• CDK DMS experience is a plus.
