PMO Specialist (m/f/d) – Implementation Projects in the Housing Industry

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and establish structures, standards, and methodologies for project management in implementation projects
• Create and maintain templates, guidelines, checklists, and tools as a consistent framework for our Project Managers
• Design and implement a new standardized onboarding process for new customers, from contract signing through to project kick-off
• Support and advise Project Managers in applying PMO standards and ensure consistent project delivery
• Establish transparent project reporting and provide key performance indicators for management and steering committees
• Analyze completed projects, identify opportunities for improvement, and incorporate lessons learned into existing standards
• Work closely with Consulting, Sales, and Product Management at the interfaces between project and onboarding processes

Profile

• A university degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• Several years of experience in a Project Management Office or Project Management role, ideally in ERP implementation projects
• Proven experience in establishing project structures, standards, and processes
• Experience in designing and implementing customer onboarding processes
• Knowledge of processes within the housing industry is desirable, as is experience with Aareon products such as Wodis Sigma or Wodis Yuneo
• Confident use of common project management methodologies and tools; certification such as PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 is an advantage
• A structured and independent way of working, strong process orientation, and enthusiasm for establishing standards across the organization
• Excellent communication and influencing skills when working with internal stakeholders and customers
• Very good German and good English language skills
