Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and develop a team of Infrastructure and DevOps Engineers, taking ownership of the engineering infrastructure and development platforms that underpin the company's technology development. This is a key leadership role, responsible for the availability, performance, security and scalability of a predominantly on-premises engineering environment. You will oversee infrastructure spanning Linux-based systems, compute clusters, high-performance computing (HPC), networking, virtualisation, storage and development platforms, ensuring they can support increasingly complex engineering requirements.

Alongside leading the team, you will define the infrastructure strategy and roadmap, drive DevOps adoption, automation and Infrastructure as Code, and continuously improve the tools and platforms used by engineering teams. Working closely with technical leadership and wider business stakeholders, you will play an important role in enabling AccelerComm's continued growth and supporting the development of next-generation communications technology.”
