MW Endpoint Management Engineer / Intune

• 🚀 Hiring: MW Endpoint Management Engineer / Intune (5-10 Years Experience)
• We are seeking an experienced MW Endpoint Management Engineer / Intune Specialist to support enterprise endpoint management, device security, and modern workplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Azure Infrastructure, Identity, and Security.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess platform health, configuration, performance, security posture, resiliency, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint management issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
• Develop remediation recommendations based on technical findings and business impact.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle activities.

Mandatory Qualifications

• ✅ 5-10 years of experience in endpoint management, workplace technologies, or Microsoft administration.
• ✅ Advanced English communication skills.
• ✅ Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
• ✅ Proven ability to facilitate technical workshops, knowledge transfer, and customer guidance.

✅ Hands-on expertise in

Microsoft Intune

Mobile Application Management (MAM)

Mobile Device Management (MDM)

Windows Autopilot

Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Compliance Management

PowerShell

✅ Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

⭐ Experience with Microsoft administration tools.
