Location: Singapore

We are seeking a PEGA Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise applications that support business transformation and process optimization initiatives. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using the PEGA Platform while continuously expanding your technical expertise and contributing to innovative digital solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in software development or application development.
• Beginner-level proficiency in PEGA Platform development.
• Beginner-level proficiency in .NET programming.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of application architecture and solution design principles.
• Experience with Java development.
• Experience with React.js or other modern front-end frameworks.
• Intermediate-level analytical and critical thinking skills.
• PEGA certifications (e.g., CSA) are an advantage.
• Familiarity with API integrations, databases, and enterprise application development.
