Summary

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions that enhance business performance. Gathering and synthesizing diverse information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and project goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Calypso (Software).
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and systems.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in gathering, synthesizing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to design and propose future state business solutions that integrate technology and business needs.
• Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making within a collaborative team environment.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Calypso (Software).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
