OpenText StreamServe Senior Analyst

Location: Manila

We are looking for an OpenText Exstream Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream V16 or higher and OpenText Communication Builder, with a strong understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions and enterprise system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain customer communication templates using OpenText Exstream V16+.
• Develop communication solutions using OpenText Communication Builder.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable CCM solutions.
• Configure and customize templates, documents, and communication workflows based on business requirements.
• Support the integration of OpenText solutions with front-end applications and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot application, template, and integration-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Follow development standards and ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream V16 or higher.
• Experience with OpenText Communication Builder.
• Experience developing Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.
• Experience integrating OpenText Exstream or CCM platforms with front-end and enterprise systems.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
