Roles & Responsibilities

• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with 10+ years of experience and strong banking domain knowledge.
• The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of banking processes, business requirements, stakeholder management, and experience working on banking/financial services projects.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

• 14+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of the banking domain and processes
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements
• Prior experience in banking/financial services projects is preferred
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements.
• Ability to document and communicate complex business processes clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Skilled in identifying gaps and proposing improvements in existing systems.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
