Summary

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities, ensuring security and functionality through various testing suites. Your role includes developing automation strategies, creating automated scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. You actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing processes, all aimed at delivering high-quality software efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the development lifecycle.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing automated test frameworks to improve test coverage and reliability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
• Monitor testing metrics and provide insights to drive continuous quality improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with API testing and security testing methodologies.
• Ability to analyze test results and identify defects effectively.
• Knowledge of environment configuration and data management to support testing activities.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
