What would you do? • Design develop and deliver learning solutions on Agile Project Management. Enable learners through instructor led virtual and blended learning experiences covering Agile principles Scrum Kanban Lean delivery frameworks project planning stakeholder management and Agile transformation practices. Support capability development through assessments workshops simulations and certification readiness programs.

• Translate learning experience designs into structured learning assets for Agile Project Management. Create storyboards assessments case studies simulations and training materials. Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop engaging learning solutions. Deliver instructor led and virtual training while driving learner engagement and continuous improvement.
• The practice of delivering project management learning content through instructor led and virtual training formats. Trainers facilitate learning experiences and support capability development in Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban Lean planning estimation delivery management stakeholder engagement and Agile leadership. Experience in curriculum development and learner assessments is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Design develop and deliver instructor led virtual and blended learning programs on Agile Project Management.

• Create facilitator guides learner handbooks assessments simulations workshops and knowledge assets.
• Deliver training sessions boot camps certification readiness programs and leadership enablement workshops.
• Educate learners on Agile principles Scrum Kanban Lean methodologies Agile planning estimation prioritization and delivery practices.
• Develop practical exercises simulations and case studies covering Agile project execution stakeholder management risk management and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile workshops sprint planning retrospectives backlog refinement and project management learning sessions.
• Collaborate with instructional designers subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences.
• Assess learner progress through assignments practical exercises and knowledge evaluations.
• Mentor learners managers and Agile practitioners on Agile adoption best practices and leadership skills.
• Support enterprise capability development initiatives and Agile transformation learning programs.
• Review and validate learning content assessments and certification preparation materials.
• Continuously enhance learning assets based on industry trends framework updates and learner feedback.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Lead knowledge sharing initiatives and contribute to organizational learning strategies.
• Provide guidance to junior trainers and support quality improvement initiatives across learning programs.
• Work independently while managing multiple learning engagements and capability building initiatives.
• May be required to work in rotational shifts.
