Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, accuracy, and integrity of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The day includes driving continuous improvements in testing workflows, fostering innovation in automation strategies, and ensuring that testing efforts align with organizational goals to deliver high-quality outcomes. Collaboration with various stakeholders to implement intelligent and predictive testing solutions is a key aspect of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation efficiency.
• Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to data warehouse environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies for complex data pipelines.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data quality issues within ETL processes.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices in testing.
• Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
