As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and deployment of large language models ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader applications and systems.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Experience in designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
• Strong knowledge of training large-scale models on extensive datasets with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Familiarity with techniques for handling unlabeled text data and unsupervised learning methods.
• Ability to evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and implement improvements.
• Skilled in collaborating with data engineering and research teams to align model development with business objectives.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
