Summary

As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, a typical day involves spearheading initiatives to collect and interpret diverse data sets related to clients and markets. This role requires overseeing the transformation of raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that analytical outcomes align with organizational goals and drive impactful improvements across multiple domains.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Qlik Sense.
• Strong expertise in data modeling and dashboard development using Qlik Sense.
• Experience in integrating multiple data sources to create comprehensive analytical solutions.
• Ability to design and implement complex data visualizations that effectively communicate insights.
• Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices to maintain data integrity.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Qlik Sense applications for enhanced performance.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Qlik Sense.
• This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
