• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and deployment of large language models ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model architecture with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
• Strong understanding of large-scale data processing and model training techniques.
• Ability to optimize model parameters for improved accuracy and performance.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to model deployment and integration.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
