As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires continuous collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The individual leads efforts to maintain high standards of service quality and cost efficiency, while fostering innovation to support business growth.

Engaging with various teams, the Technology Delivery Lead drives the successful execution of projects, ensuring that delivery objectives are met and contributing to the overall profitability and sustainability of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination and communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills:

Should be experienced in SAP Public Cloud

Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

• Strong knowledge of real estate lifecycle processes and integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience in managing configuration, customization, and implementation of SAP RE-FX solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Skilled in coordinating with technical and functional teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
