The practitioner actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and supports the smooth execution of project tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables, fostering collaboration and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and decision-making.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance overall team performance.
