We are looking for a seasoned Organizational Change Manager with 8–10 years of experience to lead and support large-scale business and technology transformation programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and talent development functions — managing relationships across all levels and sectors of the organization.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into structured briefs for learning, change, and capability-building interventions.
  • Lead or support post-implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions, and retrospectives to drive iterative improvements across the program lifecycle.
  • Identify strategic opportunities by maintaining awareness of client transformation roadmaps and emerging talent gaps.

  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to ensure content is engaging, contextually relevant, and measurable.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and capability-building programs for diverse audiences across functions and geographies.
  • Manage content review cycles, version control, and quality assurance to keep learning assets current, accurate, and accessible.
  • Support or lead certification programs, accreditation pathways, and learning journeys tied to AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and technology teams to source, curate, and maintain relevant learning content.
  • Monitor learner progress, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
  • Support curriculum updates to reflect evolving tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor learners and provide coaching to improve technical proficiency and practical application of skills.
  • Create innovative learning solutions by adapting existing methods and introducing new approaches where necessary.
