Summary

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. • Experience with synthetic data, evaluation harnesses and domain-specific benchmarks

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of application integration techniques and API management.
• Experience working with low-code or no-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with software release management and version control processes.
