As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability to meet evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to technology planning, collaborating with various stakeholders to align architectural designs with organizational goals and project objectives.

The Technology Architect continuously evaluates emerging technologies and integrates them thoughtfully to support sustainable growth and innovation within the technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance architecture practices and delivery efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hyper Converged Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure design principles including performance optimization and scalability.
• Experience with integrating diverse technology components into cohesive architectural solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and virtualization technologies relevant to infrastructure architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Hyper Converged Infrastructure.
• This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
