Business Analyst

Location: Manila

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will spend your day examining organizational processes and systems to understand how they align with business objectives and technology integration. You will evaluate the current operational state, gather and analyze information from various sources, and work towards defining future business solutions that meet customer needs. Your role involves continuous research and synthesis of data to support informed decision-making and process improvements within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
• Document and communicate findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
• Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business and technical teams.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Experience in designing and developing data models to support business intelligence solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex data structures and optimize data flows.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP BW/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues to ensure data quality and consistency.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
