Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to ensure data models meet both current and future business needs.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data modeling activities with broader project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts.
• Experience with data warehousing and database design principles.
• Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
• Skilled in using data modeling tools and software to create and maintain data models.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
