• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Data Integration.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
• Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components.
• Experience with system integration and data flow management across applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in O9 Data Integration.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
