We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale project implementations within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile delivery, Scrum practices, project planning, risk management, budgeting, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects using lifecycle methodologies such as SDLC, process management, and organizational change.
• Lead large, complex project implementations in a corporate environment, preferably mobile implementations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and Scrum ceremonies across cross-functional teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, project governance, and delivery excellence.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Technical Experience

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience using established project lifecycle methodologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing large and complex corporate projects, preferably mobile solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project budget management and Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe project management frameworks.
• Experience in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to ITIL and ITSM frameworks is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and solving issues proactively.
• Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate work from the Hinjewadi client location 3 days per week, with shift timing from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Must Have Skills:Project Planning, Risk Management, Scrum & Agile Frameworks (Scrum/Agile/SAFe), Scrum Ceremonies, Stakeholder Management, Conflict Resolution
