• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong knowledge of order to cash processes and integration points within SAP modules.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in SAP SD environments.
• Ability to analyze system logs, debug errors, and implement corrective actions effectively.
• Familiarity with SAP configuration and customization to support business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
