What would you do? • Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day tasks as per the recruitment process guidelines

• 1. Conduct external sourcing by mining the existing talent pool and candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements
• 2. Perform data mining for additional candidates and new profiles for sourcing eligibility source resumes qualify candidate interest
• Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market
• Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

• 5-8 yrs Total Years of Experience
• Excellent Written communication Skills
• US & Canada recruitment Experience is a Must have
• Excellent communication skills, Uses professional, error-free grammar and formatting in emails
• Speaks with clarity, warmth, and confidence during virtual interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day tasks as per the recruitment process guidelines

• 1. Conduct external sourcing by mining the existing talent pool and candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements
• 2. Perform data mining for additional candidates and new profiles for sourcing eligibility source resumes qualify candidate interest using appropriate technology tools and match qualified resumes to requisitions
• 3. Support candidate intake using electronic phone or paper methods and process electronic candidate profiles and applications
• 4. Develop a list of candidates to be screened pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunities and invite candidates to apply as appropriate
