Your Mission

As a Finance Transformation Associate Director, you lead Finance Reinvention for global enterprise clients, combining deep Finance & Accounting expertise with AI, agentic technologies, intelligent automation, and modern ERP ecosystems. You shape opportunities from origination through successful delivery and build trusted relationships with CFOs, CAOs, and senior Finance leaders.

Your Daily Work

Lead Finance transformation opportunities. Own the full deal lifecycle, from origination and pursuit through solution shaping, executive presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.

Build trusted CFO relationships. Advise CFOs, CAOs, and senior Finance leaders, influence transformation agendas, and identify new opportunities by combining Finance expertise with a strong commercial perspective.

Design AI-first Finance solutions. Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, modern ERP platforms, and ecosystem technologies to reinvent Finance operating models and create clear business value.

Turn transformation into compelling propositions. Translate complex Finance programs into commercially clear narratives that engage executive stakeholders and support large-scale transformation and managed services opportunities.

Bring deep Finance expertise and thought leadership. Apply specialist knowledge in at least one core F&A domain, such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or FP&A, while contributing perspectives on Finance Reinvention and the future of AI-enabled Finance.

Who You Are

• You bring extensive professional experience in Finance & Accounting transformation, consulting, managed services, or a comparable client-facing environment.
• You have deep expertise in at least one core Finance domain: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or FP&A.
• You understand how AI, agentic technologies, intelligent automation, and modern ERP ecosystems can transform Finance processes and operating models.
• You have experience shaping complex transformation opportunities and engaging senior Finance stakeholders, including CFO and CAO organizations.
• You combine strong Finance domain expertise with commercial acumen and the ability to turn complex transformation topics into clear, value-focused propositions.
