Quality Engineering professional responsible for supporting software quality across Functional // Automation, and/or Performance Testing disciplines. The role contributes to the planning, design, execution, and continuous improvement of testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

The candidate may specialize in one or more QE areas, including Functional Testing, Test Automation, and Performance Engineering & Testing. Responsibilities can include analysis of business and technical requirements, test planning and estimation, test scenario and test case design, test/script execution, defect identification and management, test reporting, and the definition or adoption of reusable quality engineering assets.

Depending on experience and specialization, the candidate may also contribute to automation adoption, performance and diagnostics activities, API and integration testing, and the definition and implementation of Quality Engineering practices, methodologies, and tools.

Required

• 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering.
• Experience in at least one of these areas: Functional Testing, Automation Testing, or Performance Testing.
• Ability to work with Agile delivery teams.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-cultural teams.

Work Modality

• Hybrid: For candidates located near our Monterrey or Mexico City offices.
• Remote: For candidates residing in a state where the company does not have an office.

Required
