Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:.

As a test lead you will act as an interface in the areas of testing, validation, integration, and requirements management. You will coordinate with team members across global locations. You will actively participate in building and developing the testing team in the areas of test development, test execution, test environment development and maintenance, guidance and technical mentorship

Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for developing test strategies, specifying new test cases and implementing automated test suites.
• You will analyze and interpret the obtained test results, discuss them with technical experts, and support in optimizing the testing processes.
• You will be responsible for testing the infotainment systems Features such as Media, BT, Wi-Fi, Navigation etc., in close cooperation with our customers and process partners.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Overall 7 years of experience in testing and Validation in the automotive domain.
• You have gained practical experience on test automation with programming language such as Python or C#.
• You have hands-on experience in assembling a test bench (HIL) and are comfortable working with hardware and electrical components.
• Very good knowledge in Vector tools like CANoe, CANape.

Experience with Confluence, Jira, DOORs

• Good experience of Ethernet, CAN and LIN protocols.
• System and Sub system Knowledge of Automotive ECUs.
• Experience on Requirement Understanding, Configuration Management, Bug Tracking Tool, Change management Tool
• You have experience in test strategy creation, test planning, and tooling enablement.
• You offer guidance and mentoring to teams in regard to technology usage
• You are an excellent team player with very good communication skills
• You have a strong ability to think analytically you have a well-established professional network and have an independent and structured way of working.
• You are excellent at solving problems and debugging.
• You are a confident communicator and have highly developed interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Embedded Product Verification & Validation.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A Bachelor or Master of Engineering in Electronics or Electrical or Instrumentation is required.
