Corporate Mobility Senior Analyst

This position provides specialized expertise in global medical insurance programs for internationally mobile employees. The SME ensures compliance with regional and global healthcare regulations, supports policy design, advises on cost optimization, and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance global medical insurance offerings. The position requires coordination with HR, Mobility, Legal, and Compliance teams to implement best practices for expatriate and business traveler healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Policy Administration: Assist in implementing and maintaining global medical insurance policies and procedures.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report claims data, cost trends, and employee feedback to support decision-making.
• Employee & HR Support: Address queries from mobile employees and HR teams regarding medical insurance policies and claim escalations.
• Vendor Coordination: Support interactions with insurance providers, brokers, and third-party administrators to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and corporate policies, assisting with audits and reporting requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency in global medical insurance administration.
• Training & Documentation: Assist in developing communication materials, FAQs, and training sessions for employees and HR teams.

Educational Requirement

Must have

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or relevant business experience

Skills and Work Experience

• Must have
• Fluency in spoken and written English language
• Excellent Customer Service skills/strong relationship management skills essential
• Knowledge of Accenture Mobility and HR tools along with Supervisory experience

Experience managing vendor relationships

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess policy performance and risk exposure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with global teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
